- Spent the week in Leonard's place in Capitola. He was a gracious host with all of the amenities you would expect. The house is spacious and comfortable. Awesome Beach Getaway
- Leonard was the perfect host and the house was the setting for a perfect family vacation. Leonard waited for us to check in and saved us a prime parking spot. His house was well appointed and had all of the necessary items for a great rental. We ate all of our meals in the house and used the outdoor grill too. The beach is steps away.
